It operates at 26 MHz in fundamental mode with a frequency tolerance of ±10 ppm at 25°C and stability of ±20 ppm over the -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range. The load capacitance is 4 pF, and the maximum equivalent series resistance (ESR) is 80 Ω. Shunt capacitance is 2.0 pF maximum, drive level is 10 µW, and aging is ±2 ppm per year at 25°C. Insulation resistance is 500 MΩ minimum at 100 Vdc.
