The Skyworks Solutions AA104-73LF is a one-bit GaAs FET digital attenuator designed for RF applications. It offers a maximum attenuation of 32 dB, with specific values of 32 dB from 300 kHz to 1 GHz, 27 dB from 1 GHz to 2 GHz, and 24 dB from 2 GHz to 2.5 GHz.
