The A5367CA-T is a low-current BiCMOS circuit designed for ionization-type smoke detectors. It allows networking up to 125 units so if one detects smoke all units sound alarms. Features include internal oscillator and timing to minimize standby power: device powers down for 1.66 seconds and senses smoke for only 10 ms. Every 24 cycles a low battery check occurs. The device operates over -10°C to 60°C temperature range and has a typical supply current of 12 µA. It is supplied in a low-cost 16-pin dual in-line plastic package (16-DIP) with matte tin leadframe plating for the Pb-free version. The device is UL Recognized for UL217 or UL268 applications.
The A5367CA-T is supplied in a 16-pin dual in-line plastic package (16-DIP, 0.300" width).
It operates from -10°C to 60°C.
Yes, the Pb-free version (suffix -T) has matte tin leadframe plating. RoHS3 compliant per datasheet statement.
Typical supply current is 12 µA.
It is an ionization-type smoke detector.
Up to 125 units can be interconnected so that if any unit senses smoke all units will sound.
Through-hole mounting via 16-pin DIP package.
