The A4911KJPTR-T-1 offers full control over all six power MOSFETs in the three-phase bridge, enabling motor drive with either block commutation or sinusoidal excitation. Integrated crossover control and optional programmable dead time protect the power MOSFETs from shoot-through conditions. The device includes three current sense amplifiers with programmable gain and offset, and an SPI-compatible serial interface for altering programmable settings and reading diagnostic information.

 

It is supplied in a 48-pin LQFP package with an exposed thermal pad (suffix JP). The package is lead (Pb) free with 100% matte-tin leadframe plating.
