The Actel ProASIC3 nano Flash FPGA family, including the A3PN125-VQG100, provides performance and density beyond previous generations. Utilizing nonvolatile flash technology, these devices offer a secure, low-power, single-chip solution that is instant-on and reprogrammable.
The A3PN125-VQG100 supports up to 250,000 system gates, 36 kbits of true dual-port SRAM, and up to 71 user I/Os. It also includes 1 kbit of on-chip, reprogrammable, nonvolatile FlashROM storage and clock conditioning circuitry with an integrated phase-locked loop (PLL).
These FPGAs are designed for high-density systems and enable designers to use existing ASIC or FPGA design flows. They are suitable for high-volume consumer, portable, and battery-backed markets, featuring smaller footprint packages, low power consumption, and hot-swap capability.
