The A33230LLHALT-XY-S-AR-10 from Allegro MicroSystems is an integrated circuit 3D Hall-effect sensor designed for precise position sensing of magnetic targets. It incorporates vertical and planar Hall-effect elements, providing orthogonal sensing axes with 90° phase separation, which is independent of magnet pole spacing and air gap.
This sensor IC offers independent sine and cosine outputs and is pre-programmed for XY, XZ, or YZ axis combinations. It operates with a supply voltage of 5V (4.5V to 5.5V) and features ratiometric outputs. The device is qualified for AEC-Q100 Grade 0 automotive applications and is Quality Managed (QM).
