This device features an ultra-low noise front-end amplifier, proprietary dynamic offset cancellation, and on-chip stress compensation. It incorporates a 16-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and a flexible digital signal path with precision temperature compensation for reduced sensitivity and offset drift. The output can be configured for either pulse-width-modulated (PWM) or Single Edge Nibble Transmission (SENT) protocols.

 

Key features include industry-leading noise performance, a highly linear device output even with nonlinear input magnetic fields, and advanced diagnostic detection. The A31102 is available in a dual-die package (DD) and is developed in accordance with ISO 26262 requirements for safety-critical applications.

 

It is suitable for applications requiring robust and configurable linear magnetic field sensing. The sensor includes on-chip EEPROM for storing factory- and customer-programmable parameters.
