The Allegro A1363LKTTN-2-T is a programmable linear Hall-effect sensor IC engineered for high accuracy and resolution without compromising bandwidth. It utilizes proprietary temperature compensation technology, programmed at the factory, to ensure sensitivity and offset remain virtually flat across the full operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
This ratiometric sensor provides a voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic field. Customers can configure the sensitivity, adjustable from 0.6 to 14 mV/G, and the quiescent output voltage through programming pins. The device operates with a supply voltage between 4.5V and 5.5V and has a nominal bandwidth of 120kHz.
Designed for applications such as HEV inverters, DC-to-DC converters, and electric power steering (EPS), the A1363LKTTN-2-T is housed in a 4-SIP module and features a through-hole mounting type. Its low noise and high precision characteristics make it suitable for demanding sensing tasks.
