The A1220UC4LRP is a Littelfuse SIDACtor protection thyristor from the LCAS Protection Asymmetrical Multiport Series. It is designed to protect LCAS (Line Circuit Access Switch) devices from damaging overvoltage transients. This component provides specialized asymmetrical dual port overvoltage protection.
Key electrical characteristics include breakover voltages of 130 V on pins 1-2 and 4-5, and 220 V on pins 2-3 and 5-6. Off-state voltages are 100 V and 180 V respectively.
