The Allegro A1106EUA-T is a Hall-effect switch from the A110x family, built with BiCMOS technology for fast power-on time and low-noise operation. This device integrates a voltage regulator, Hall-voltage generator, small-signal amplifier, Schmitt trigger, and NMOS output transistor on a single silicon chip.
It supports a wide operating voltage range of 3.8 to 24 V and features extensive on-board protection circuitry, allowing for a ±30 V absolute maximum voltage rating, making it suitable for demanding automotive and industrial motor commutation applications without external components. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C.
