The Microsemi A1020B-PL44C is a member of the ACT 1 Series of field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs). It features 547 programmable logic modules, 273 flip-flops, and up to 2000 gate array gates. The device offers 34 user I/O pins with drive capability up to 10 mA. It operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply and is specified for 0°C to 70°C temperature range.
The FPGA is based on Actel's PLICE antifuse technology, providing nonvolatile, user-programmable configuration. It includes a built-in high-speed clock distribution network and two in-circuit diagnostic probe pins for speed analysis up to 25 MHz. The architecture supports automatic place and route with typical logic module utilization of 95-100%.
