It also provides two In-Circuit Diagnostic Probe Pins for speed analysis up to 50 MHz and a built-in high-speed clock distribution network. The I/Os are capable of driving at both TTL and CMOS levels, with a drive of up to 4 mA.

 

This non-volatile, user-programmable FPGA is available in a PLCC68 package. It is designed for instant turnaround through user programming and offers on-chip diagnostic probe capabilities for convenient testing and debugging. The architecture allows for completely automatic place and route, making it suitable for various application combinations.
