The Würth Elektronik 9774010360R is a WA-SMSI series SMT steel spacer with internal M3 thread. This round standoff features a female, swage gender and is constructed from steel with a tin plating. It has a length of 1.00mm (0.039") and an outer diameter of 4.20mm (0.165"). The between board height is 0.039" (1.00mm).
Designed for surface mount assembly, the component is supplied in tape and reel packaging. A polyimide tape is fixed on top of the spacer for automatic pick and place assembly. The maximum tightening torque is 0.5 N*m. The recommended solder paste thickness is 150 µm minimum.
The standoff operates over a temperature range of -55 to +150 °C. Storage conditions are below 40 °C and less than 75% RH. It is certified RoHS compliant (2011/65/EU & 2015/863), REACH conform or declared (EC)1907/2006, and halogen free conforming to IEC 61249-2-21 and JEDEC JS709B. Moisture sensitivity level is MSL 1 (unlimited).
