The 3M 951110-2530-AR-PR is a 10 position, single row, 2mm pitch surface mount unshrouded male pin header from the 951 series. It features a high temperature thermoplastic insulator rated UL94 V-0 and copper alloy contacts with selective gold plating on the mating area (0.25µm) and matte tin on the solder tails (1-3µm).
This header is designed for board-to-board applications and is compatible with reflow soldering processes up to 260°C per J-STD-020C. It offers a current rating of 1A, withstanding voltage of 1000 VDC, and insulation resistance greater than 5 x 10^8 Ohm at 100 VDC. The contact resistance is a maximum of 20 mOhm.
The part is packaged in tape and reel with pad (PR suffix) and includes a pick and place feature for automated assembly. The operating temperature range is -25°C to +105°C.
