This 3M 929 Series pin header features 10 male pins arranged in 2 rows with a 2.54mm pitch. Designed for board-to-board applications, the right angle orientation allows for parallel mounting. Contacts are made of copper alloy with 10µin gold plating on both the mating area and solder tails, ensuring reliable low-resistance connections.
The header is unshrouded and uses a push-pull fastening mechanism. The insulation is black glass-filled PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) rated UL94 V-0, offering good mechanical strength and flammability resistance. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +105°C.
Electrical ratings include 2.5A current capacity, insulation resistance greater than 5×10⁹ Ω at 500 VDC, and withstanding voltage of 1500 VRMS at sea level. Termination is solder type, with a solder tail length of 2.79mm. The part is supplied in bulk packaging.
