The TE Connectivity 927852-8 is a Positive Lock 250 series quick disconnect receptacle designed for 17-20 AWG (0.51 – 1.03 mm²) wire. It features a low-insertion-force design with a dimple mating retention and an extraction force of 7–100 N.
Constructed with a phosphor bronze base and silver plating, this terminal offers reliable electrical performance for demanding applications. The open barrel, F-crimp termination ensures secure wire attachment, and the wire insulation support accommodates insulation diameters from 1.4 to 2.31 mm.
The terminal is free hanging (in-line) and non-insulated, with an operating temperature range of -40 to 130 °C. It is supplied in strip/reel packaging with 1500 pieces per reel, suitable for automated crimping processes.
