The Molex 90571-1501 is a 50-circuit, dual row shrouded PCB header from the QF-50 series. It features a 2.54mm pitch, vertical entry angle, and through-hole termination. The header is polarized to the mating part and stackable, with latch/eject levers for secure connection. Contacts are made of brass with a minimum 0.102µm gold plating on the mating area and minimum 3.048µm tin plating on the termination. The insulator is black polyester with a flammability rating of UL 94V-0.
Electrical ratings include a maximum current of 1.0A per contact and a maximum voltage of 250V. The operating temperature range is -25°C to +85°C. The header is rated for 50 mating cycles and is designed for a recommended PCB thickness of 1.60mm. It is wave solder capable and packaged in trays.
