The Molex 90136-2304 is a 4-circuit, single row, right angle, fully shrouded header from the C-Grid III interconnect system. It is designed for wire-to-board applications and offers a 2.54mm pitch interface. The header features through hole termination with a recommended PCB thickness of 1.60mm and a PC tail length of 2.90mm. The mating contacts are selectively plated with a minimum 0.762µm gold over a brass base, while the termination contacts are tin plated (minimum 3.048µm) for reliable soldering. The insulator is black polyester with UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The header is rated for 3.0A per contact and 350V AC/DC, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
