The 9-160583-2 is a PIDG FASTON receptacle quick disconnect terminal from TE Connectivity. It accepts 22-16 AWG wire (592-3260 CMA) and mates with a 6.35mm (0.250") wide by 0.81mm (0.032") thick tab. The contact is made of tin-plated brass and features a closed barrel compression crimp for reliable wire termination. The nylon insulation is partially insulated and color-coded red. This terminal is rated for 300V maximum and operates up to 105°C. It is designed for free hanging (in-line) mounting and uses a dimple mating retention feature for secure connection. Packaging is loose piece, 1000 per package.
