The TE Connectivity 9-146256-0 is a 80-position, dual-row, unshrouded breakaway header designed for board-to-board or cable connections. It uses a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and 0.100" row spacing, with through hole mounting and solder termination. The contacts are made of copper alloy with a contact area finish of PdNi+Au flash (0.00038 in / 9.65 µm) and matte tin on the solder tail, over a nickel underplate of 0.00127 mm. The black LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) housing is rated UL94 V-0. The header is rated for 3A current per contact and operates over -65°C to 105°C. It can be broken to the desired number of positions, offering flexibility for various applications.
