The 85CNQ015ASL from Vishay Dale is a Schottky rectifier diode array featuring a 1 pair common cathode configuration. It delivers an average rectified current of 40 A per leg (80 A total) with a maximum reverse voltage of 15 V. The device exhibits ultra low forward voltage drop, with typical values of 0.36 V at 40 A and 0.45 V at 80 A at 25 °C. Reverse leakage current is 20 mA at 25 °C and 1000 mA at 100 °C.
Designed for high frequency operation, this Schottky rectifier is optimized for OR-ing applications and redundant power subsystems.
