The 3M 8526-4500PL is a 26 position polarized boardmount receptacle from the 8500 series. It features a glass filled polyester (PBT) insulator rated UL 94V-0 and gold plated copper alloy contacts. The connector has a 0.1" (2.54mm) pitch and row spacing, with a push-pull fastening type and polarizing key for correct mating orientation.
Electrical ratings include 1A current and 1000V voltage, with insulation resistance greater than 1 GΩ at 500 VDC and withstanding voltage of 1000 VRMS at sea level. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 105°C. The through hole termination uses kinked pins for board retention during wave soldering.
This receptacle is designed for board-to-board or cable applications and mates with low profile shrouded headers. The gray insulator and gold flash on solder tails provide reliable performance in various electronic assemblies.
