The Ebm-Papst 8500N is an AC tubeaxial fan with a compact 80 x 80 x 38mm frame. It operates at 115 VAC, 60 Hz, delivering 61 m³/h (35.9 CFM) of airflow at 3200 RPM. The fan features a die-cast aluminum housing and a painted sheet steel impeller.
The 8500N uses a Sintec sleeve bearing with an L10 service life of 55,000 hours at 40°C and 25,000 hours at maximum temperature. It is protected from overload by impedance protection and includes two AWG 18 wire leads and an M4 x 8 grounding lug.
Sound levels are rated at 34 dB(A) sound pressure and 4.8 B sound power. The fan is approved by CE, CSA, UL, and VDE.
