The Heyco 8400 (HFC 3/8) is a straight-thru NPT hub liquid tight conduit fitting designed for use with Heyco-Flex I and Heyco-Flex II flexible, nonmetallic conduit and tubing. The fitting features a domed sealing nut, convex ferrule, and special clip for maximum pull-out resistance. It is constructed from Nylon 6 material with a 94V-2 flammability rating and IP68 protection up to 70 psi water pressure.
The fitting has a 1/2" NPT thread with 16.0 mm thread length and a clearance hole diameter of 22.2 mm. The overall length measures 49.8 mm with a wrenching flat size of 33.7 mm and locking nut thickness of 6.3 mm. It is rated for operating temperatures from -30°C to 105°C. No disassembly is required for installation.
