The 83CNQ100ASM is a Schottky rectifier array from Vishay Dale, configured as a 1 pair common cathode. It is designed for high-frequency operation and low forward voltage drop, suitable for switching power supplies, converters, and freewheeling diodes.
It has a maximum DC reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified current of 80A (total for both legs, 2x40A). The forward voltage is 0.81V at 40A and 25°C, dropping to 0.67V at 125°C. Reverse leakage current is 1.5mA at 100V. The device can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 7000A (5μs sine) and 720A (10ms sine).
The device is housed in a D-61-8-SM through-hole package with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. It features guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and high-temperature epoxy encapsulation.
