Frequency stability is ±50 ppm over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The device exhibits typical phase noise performance of -149 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and RMS phase jitter of 52 fs (12 kHz to 20 MHz). Ageing is limited to ±3 ppm per year maximum.

 

Designed for surface mount assembly, the 831022731 comes in a 4-SMD, no lead package and is supplied in tape and reel packaging (1000 units per reel). The terminations are nickel-gold (NiAu) finish, compatible with RoHS reflow soldering at 260°C for 10 seconds.
