The 824013 is a 4-channel steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode from Würth Elektronik designed for general-purpose ESD protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 6V, with a peak pulse current rating of 12A (8/20µs waveform). Power line protection is supported.
