The 82400274 is a high-speed TVS diode from Würth Elektronik's WE-TVS series, designed for steering (rail-to-rail) ESD protection. It features 4 unidirectional channels with a nominal operating voltage of 5 V (I/O to GND) and a maximum DC operating voltage of 6 V (VDD to GND). The device provides a typical clamp voltage of 9 V under TLP conditions (100 ns pulse, 1 ns rise time) and can handle peak pulse currents up to 6 A (8/20 µs waveform) and 40 A (EFT, 5/50 ns).
ESD protection meets IEC 61000-4-2 standards with air discharge capability of 16 kV and contact discharge capability of 12 kV. The diode is suitable for protecting Ethernet interfaces and other high-speed data lines. It is housed in a compact SC70-6L surface-mount package (also known as 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363) and operates over a temperature range of -55 °C to +85 °C.
The component is RoHS compliant (2011/65/EU & 2015/863), REACh conform, and halogen free per JEDEC JS709B and IEC 61249-2-21. Moisture sensitivity level is MSL 3.
