The Würth Elektronik 82400152 is a steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode from the WE-TVS series, designed for high-speed ESD and surge protection. It features two unidirectional channels plus an optional VDD channel (2+1 configuration). The device provides a reverse standoff voltage of 5 V and a typical clamp voltage of 7.7 V.
Electrical protection capabilities include a peak pulse current of 6 A (8/20 µs) and 40 A for EFT (5/50 ns). ESD ratings reach 15 kV air discharge and 8 kV contact discharge, compliant with IEC 61000-4-2. The diode operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and is housed in a compact SOT-563 surface-mount package.
The device is RoHS compliant (2011/65/EU & 2015/863), REACH conform, and halogen free per JEDEC JS709B and IEC 61249-2-21. Moisture sensitivity level is MSL 3.
