The Würth Elektronik 824001 is a high-speed TVS diode designed for steering (rail-to-rail) protection in Ethernet applications. It features 4 unidirectional channels plus a dedicated VDD pin, making it suitable for protecting multiple data lines in a single compact package. The device offers a reverse standoff voltage of 5V (maximum) and a typical clamping voltage of 9V, ensuring low-voltage signal integrity is maintained while clamping transient overvoltages.
