The 81CNQ045A is a 45V, 80A Schottky rectifier array from Vishay Dale, featuring a common cathode configuration with two independent Schottky diodes. It is designed for high frequency operation and provides a low forward voltage drop of 0.74V at 80A (25°C). The device can operate at junction temperatures up to 175°C and is capable of handling surge currents up to 4600A (5µs pulse).
