The 81068-600203-RB is a 68-position, 2-row, 1.27mm pitch shrouded header from 3M's 810 series. It features a 4-wall design with board lock for secure mating and push-pull fastening. The connector is through hole mounted with solder termination.
Electrical ratings include 0.75 A when all contacts powered, 2.0 A with 4 contacts powered, and 3.0 A with 1 contact powered. Insulation resistance is greater than 1 x 10^9 ohms at 500 V DC, and withstanding voltage is 500 V RMS at sea level. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 105°C.
The insulation is made of black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Contacts are copper alloy with tin finish. The connector is rated for a maximum process temperature of 260°C and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020C.
