The Schurter 8020.0605.PT is a time-lag (slow blow) cartridge fuse designed for overcurrent protection in high current applications up to 30A. Constructed with a ceramic tube and sand filler, it offers reliable interruption of fault currents up to 500A at 250VAC. The fuse has a rated current of 20A and a melting I²t of 750 A²s, suitable for handling inrush currents without nuisance tripping. It is housed in a standard 3AB/3AG (1/4" x 1-1/4") package with axial leads for through-hole mounting. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. The endcaps are nickel-plated brass and the axial leads are tin-plated copper. The fuse is approved by cURus, UL, CSA, CE, and UKCA. Typical applications include single-phase high current circuits, power supplies, and industrial equipment.
