The Mill-Max 8016-0-15-15-07-27-10-0 is a press-fit, knurled PC pin receptacle designed for mounting in a 0.131" mounting hole. It accepts pin diameters ranging from 0.065" to 0.082" (1.65mm to 2.08mm). The receptacle features a beryllium copper alloy 172, HT contact with 30 µin gold plating, ensuring reliable electrical performance and corrosion resistance. The brass shell is finished with 10 µin gold over nickel. The knurled press-fit design provides secure mechanical retention without the need for soldering. This component has a socket depth of 0.210" (5.33mm) and a flange diameter of 0.172" (4.37mm). It is intended for use in applications requiring a reliable, solderless connection for discrete pins or IC leads. The part is available in tape and reel packaging with 1,825 parts per 13" reel on 16mm wide carrier tape. It is RoHS compliant (2011/65/EU).
