The TXC 7X-19.200MBA-T is a crystal-based XO (standard) oscillator with a frequency of 19.2 MHz. It provides a CMOS output with enable/disable function, operating from a 3.3V supply voltage. The oscillator maintains a frequency stability of ±25 ppm over the -10°C to +70°C operating temperature range.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum current consumption of 20 mA, 45% to 55% duty cycle, and 8 ns rise/fall time. The device features a tri-state enable/disable function with logic high enabling output. Phase jitter is limited to 1 ps RMS (12 kHz to 20 MHz integration).
The oscillator is housed in a 4-SMD, no lead ceramic package measuring 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm x 1.1 mm, suitable for surface mount assembly. The package is RoHS compliant and lead-free (verified per datasheet).
