The device features a CMOS output with 40-60% duty cycle, 8 ns maximum rise/fall times, and a 5 ms maximum start-up time. Phase jitter (RMS) is 1 ps maximum when integrated from 12 kHz to 20 MHz.

 

Packaged in a 7.0 x 5.0 x 1.3 mm 4-SMD, no-lead ceramic case, the oscillator supports surface-mount assembly with tape and reel packaging. It includes an enable/disable function (tri-state) and is RoHS compliant and lead-free.
