The TXC 7V-12.000MAAE-T is a 12 MHz fundamental mode quartz crystal in a compact 3.2 x 2.5 mm ceramic SMD package.
It features a load capacitance of 12 pF, frequency tolerance of ±30 ppm at 25°C, and frequency stability of ±30 ppm over the -20°C to +70°C operating temperature range. Maximum equivalent series resistance is 100 Ω. The device supports a drive level of 1 µW to 50 µW (10 µW typical) and offers aging of ±3 ppm maximum in the first year.
