The mating contacts are plated with 0.381µm gold, and termination contacts with 0.051µm gold, both over copper alloy base metal. The resin housing is made of high temperature thermoplastic with UL94V-0 flammability rating.

 

Electrical ratings include 0.8A maximum current per contact and 30V maximum voltage. The connector is rated for lead-free soldering processes with a maximum temperature of 260°C for up to 10 seconds, and can withstand up to 2 reflow cycles. It is packaged in embossed tape on reel for automated assembly.
