The Keystone Electronics 7824 is a male quick connect tab header designed for rugged multi-insertion applications. It features four 0.250" (6.35mm) wide tabs made of tin-plated steel, with a non-mating end insulated black thermoplastic housing rated UL 94V-0.
This header is rated for 15A at 500V AC and operates over a temperature range of -50°C to +145°C. The through hole, right angle mounting configuration ensures perpendicular positioning and retention for wave soldering.
Ideal for applications requiring multiple quick-connect terminals in a compact assembly, such as power supplies, industrial controls, and automotive electronics. The pre-assembled header design reduces PC board assembly costs and increases board retention strength.
