The 74VHCT541AMTR is an advanced high-speed CMOS octal bus buffer (3-state) from STMicroelectronics, fabricated with sub-micron silicon gate technology. This device is designed for high-speed operation with a typical propagation delay of 4.1 ns at 5V and low power dissipation with a maximum ICC of 4 μA at 25°C.

It is compatible with TTL outputs, featuring VIH of 2V (MIN) and VIL of 0.8V (MAX). The device offers symmetrical output impedance with |IOH| = IOL = 8 mA (MIN) and balanced propagation delays. The operating voltage range is 4.5V to 5.5V. The 74VHCT541A is pin and function compatible with the 74 Series 541.
