Designed for enhanced PC board layout, the 74VHC541TTR features inputs and outputs on opposite sides of the package. It includes protection circuits against static discharge, providing 2KV ESD immunity. This buffer is suitable for interfacing 5V to 3V systems and is supplied in a 20-TSSOP package suitable for surface mounting.

 

Key electrical characteristics include a typical propagation delay of 3.5 ns at 5V, a maximum ICC of 4 µA at 25°C, and high noise immunity with VNIL/VNIH at 28% of VCC minimum. The low noise VOLP is a maximum of 0.9V.
