74LVC241AT20-13 Description

Short technical summary and product information.

The 74LVC241A provides two 4-bit buffers/drivers with separate output-enable (1OE and 2OE) inputs. When 1OE is low or 2OE is high, the device passes noninverted data from the A inputs to the Y outputs. When 1OE is high or 2OE is low, the outputs for the respective buffers/drivers are in the high-impedance state. The device is designed for operation with a power supply range of 1.65V to 3.6V. The inputs are tolerant to 5.5V allowing this device to be used in a mixed voltage environment. The device is fully specified for partial power down applications using I_OFF. The I_OFF circuitry disables the output preventing damaging current backflow when the device is powered down. Features include CMOS low power consumption, Schmitt trigger action at all inputs, and ESD protection exceeding 2000V HBM, 200V MM, and 1000V CDM. The device is available in a 20-TSSOP package (0.173", 4.40mm Width) with gull wing terminals for surface mount assembly. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The component is RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free. Suitable for bus driving, memory addressing, and general purpose logic interfacing.
