The 74LVC1T45DW-7 from Diodes Incorporated is a single-bit, dual-supply translating transceiver with tri-state outputs. It is suitable for transmitting a single logic bit across different voltage domains, allowing universal low-voltage translation between voltages from 1.65V to 5.5V. The A input/output pin tracks VCCA, while the B input/output tracks VCCB.
The device features a wide supply voltage range of 1.65V to 5.5V for both VCCA and VCCB. It offers ±24mA output drive at 3.3V and low CMOS power consumption with a maximum ICC of 16µA. High noise immunity is provided with a typical hysteresis of 100mV. The IOFF feature supports partial-power-down mode operation, allowing the output to remain in a high impedance state when either power supply is at 0V, preventing backflow currents and providing power-down electrical isolation.
Inputs can accept voltages up to 5.5V. ESD protection exceeds JESD 22 standards, including 200V Machine Model, 2000V Human Body Model, and 1000V Charged Device Model.
