The 74LCX125YMTR is a low-voltage CMOS quad bus buffer from STMicroelectronics, part of the 74LCX Automotive series. It features four non-inverting buffer elements with 3-state outputs, each handling 1 bit. The device operates over a supply voltage range of 2V to 3.6V, making it suitable for 3.3V and low-voltage systems.
