The duration of the output pulse is determined by external R and C timing components, following the formula Tвых=R*C. The device allows for pulse extension by applying a new voltage transition to the trigger input while the output pulse is active. The output pulse can be terminated by applying a low-level voltage to the reset input.

 

Key electrical characteristics include a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V, a maximum output voltage low of 0.1V, and a minimum output voltage high of Uпит-0.1V. It offers a load capability of 10 TTL inputs and a maximum output current of 25mA for logic '0'. The quiescent current is a maximum of 80µA, with an input current of 1µA at logic levels 1/0.
