It offers low power dissipation with a maximum ICC of 2μA at 25°C and high noise immunity with VNIH/VNIL at 28% VCC minimum. The symmetrical output impedance supports 24mA minimum output current.

 

Designed for high-speed applications, the 74AC02B features balanced propagation delays and 50 Ohm transmission line driving capability. All inputs and outputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge, providing 2KV ESD immunity.
