The Würth Elektronik 7464000 is a REDCUBE WP-PLUG direct plug terminal designed for high-current wire-to-board connections. It features 12 positions with press-fit termination, eliminating the need for soldering tools. The red insulator is made of PBT (UL94 V-0 rated) and the contacts are brass with tin plating. Electrical performance includes a rated current of 120 A and a contact resistance of just 1 mΩ. The terminal requires a minimum insertion force of 40 N per pin and a minimum extraction force of 30 N per pin. It operates over a temperature range of -45°C to +125°C. The PCB thickness must be between 1.6 mm and 3.2 mm. The component is supplied in bulk packaging.
