The Würth Elektronik 7461095 is a REDCUBE WP-BUFU Press-Fit terminal designed for high-current PCB connections. It features a M4 internal screw thread and 16 pins arranged in a through-hole package with press-fit termination, ensuring a reliable solderless connection to the PCB. The terminal is rated for a maximum continuous current of 180 A at 20°C and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The contacts are made of brass with a tin finish, and the tightening torque is specified at 1.2 N·m. The terminal requires a PCB thickness between 1.6 mm and 3.2 mm. Insertion force is minimum 40 N per pin, and extraction force is minimum 30 N per pin after 24 hours of press-fit. Packaging is in bulk. The component is RoHS compliant, REACH conform, and halogen-free. Note that screws are not included.
