The 742792605 is a surface mount ferrite bead from Würth Elektronik's WE-CBF series. It offers 33Ω nominal impedance at 100MHz with a maximum impedance of 50Ω at 1000MHz. The component is rated for a maximum DC resistance of 100mΩ and can handle continuous currents up to 500mA with a 20K temperature rise, or up to 2.2A with a 40K rise.
