Key electrical ratings include a maximum DC resistance of 0.5Ω and rated currents of 200mA (ΔT=20K) and 2000mA (ΔT=40K). The component is AEC-Q200 Grade 1 qualified, RoHS and REACH compliant, halogen free (JEDEC JS709B, IEC 61249-2-21), and rated MSL 1.
